William H. Shea , , Jr. ,

William H. Shea, Jr. has served as a director and as Chief Executive Officer of PVR’s general partner since March 2010. Mr. Shea has also served as a director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE: PVG), the owner of the general partner and largest unit holder of PVR, since March 2010 and as a director of Penn Virginia Corporation (NYSE: PVA) since July 2007. Mr. Shea served as the Chairman of Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P., a refined petroleum products pipeline partnership, from May 2004 to July 2007, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Buckeye GP LLC from September 2000 to July 2007 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Buckeye GP LLC from July 1998 to September 2000. From August 2006 to July 2007, Mr. Shea served as Chairman of MainLine Management LLC, the general partner of Buckeye GP Holdings, L.P., and as President and Chief Executive Officer of MainLine Management LLC from May 2004 to July 2007. Mr. Shea also serves as a director of Kayne Anderson Energy Total Return Fund, Inc. and Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company. Mr. Shea has an agreement with Riverstone, pursuant to which he has agreed to serve on the boards of Carlyle/Riverstone Funds portfolio companies.

Bruce D. Davis , , Jr. ,

Bruce D. Davis, Jr. has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of PVR’s general partner since June 2010. Bruce D. Davis, Jr. has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of PVG’s general partner since June 2010. Mr. Davis served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the general partner of Sunoco Logistics Partners, L.P. (NYSE:SXL), which is engaged in the transport, terminalling and storage of refined products and crude oil and the purchase and sale of crude oil, from January 2004 to June 2010. Mr. Davis also served as General Counsel and Secretary of SXL from November 2003 to January 2004. Prior to joining Sun Logistics, Mr. Davis was Associate General Counsel for Mirant Corporation from September 2000 to November 2003 and Associate General Counsel for Constellation Energy Group from July 1992 to September 2000.

Robert B. Wallace , ,

Robert B. Wallace has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PVR’s general partner since March 2010. Mr. Wallace has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PVG’s general partner since March 2010. Mr. Wallace served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P., a refined petroleum products pipeline company, from September 2004 to July 2007. Mr. Wallace also served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of MainLine Management LLC, the general partner of Buckeye GP Holdings L.P., from September 2004 to July 2007. Prior to joining Buckeye, Mr. Wallace served as Executive Director, Corporate Finance of the Energy Group of UBS Investment Bank from September 1997 to February 2004.

Keith D. Horton , ,

Keith D. Horton has served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer - Coal of PVR’s general partner since June 2006 and as President of PVR Coal since September 2001. From July 2001 to June 2006, Mr. Horton served as President and Chief Operating Officer of PVR’s general partner. Mr. Horton has also served in various capacities with PVA since 1981, including as Executive Vice President since December 2000, as Vice President - Eastern Operations from February 1999 to December 2000 and as Vice President from February 1996 to February 1999. Mr. Horton also serves as a director of PVA and as director of the Virginia Mining Association, the Powell River Project and the Eastern Coal Council.

Ronald K. Page , ,

Ronald K. Page has served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer - Midstream of PVR’s general partner since June 2006 and as President of PVR Midstream since January 2005. From July 2003 to June 2006, Mr. Page served as Vice President, Corporate Development of PVR’s general partner. Mr. Page has also served in various capacities with PVA since July 2003, including as Vice President since May 2005 and as Vice President, Corporate Development from July 2003 to May 2005. From January 1998 to May 2003, Mr. Page served in various positions with El Paso Field Services Company, including Vice President of Commercial Operations - Texas Pipelines and Processing from 2001 to 2003, Vice President of Business Development from 2000 to 2001 and Director of Business Development from 1999 to 2000.
